Having set out my British and Allied Minifigs S range British and Allied troops, I thought I would do the same thing for the Russians. No so 'colourful' to look at.
Whilst the Russians are heavy with cavalry (lots of Cossacks) and guns and equal to the allied armies, to my surprise they have fewer infantry regiments. Oh dear, something for this year!
They may not be as colourful but both sides are magnificent. The sight of them is enough to make a wargamers heart beat faster!
ReplyDeleteHi Ross as always, many thanks for taking the time to look and post your comment. I know I say this often, but they are truely appreciated.
DeleteA superb show, ABC!
ReplyDeleteBest regards,

Hi WM, thanks for the post. I don't know about you but I do have a habit of converting and painting figures and putting them in the box and leaving them for the next game which is a long time coming and forget quite what I have. When you get them all out on the table, it does give you a little lift, or in the case of the Russians a bit project!
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific look to your army. It is very pleasing to know that there are folks out there who collect and play in this manner with classic figures.
ReplyDeleteHi, sorry for the delay in replying. Firstly many thanks for posting. Glad you liked them. They do have a charm about them.
DeleteThis is a very impressing army. A subject I am working on too, but being far away from your numbers...
ReplyDeleteHi Uwe, glad you like the pictures. Thanks for posting. I need to get back to these to add some more infantry but have got side tracked. Hope your project goes well.
