We haven’t played with the TFTS rules for a few years, and have been experimenting with rules for my Thirty Years War armies. So I was used to thinking of shorter rangers for infantry fire. If I’d been more familiar with TFTS I’d have used the longer rifle ranges to stop Alan’s Madhists.
